10th Anniversary of 9/11

Today is the 10th anniversary of 9/11.  I remember where I was when the events began to unfold.  Doug and I were at Emory due to a collapsed lung and other injuries he received from a motocross crash.  My mom called us up and told us to turn on the news.  I remember feeling such shock and disbelief that something like that could happen in the US.  I am very lucky in that I did not personally lose anyone that day, yet I still feel like I suffered a personal loss that day.  I just wanted to acknowledge this sad day in our history.
