Wyatt can't be trusted during a meal. He loves to get his fingers dirty and then grab his hair.

Gusto

Wyatt has figured out food. He now LOVES to eat and eats with gusto. He is following in Jack's footsteps, not Abby's. He is like a little bird. He will watch Jack and Abby eat and then open his mouth, eat some and then laugh. It is super cute. I really enjoy feeding him.

I have added bananas to his diet. Next will be some green beans. So far he likes everything, he has even decided he will tolerate apple sauce. He might be mine after all.

Rockstar Wyatt

Today Wyatt was in a music video!! He was in two scenes and will be in another that will be shot on Sunday. It was a lot of fun. Little bit is tuckered out! I can't wait to post a link to the video when it is all edited and complete. Stay tuned....

Tooth!

Before I forget, Wyatt got his first tooth on May 28, 2012! It is his bottom right tooth. He sure loves to use it when he is done nursing. I will need to teach him not to do that!

Nana's new dinner date

So, as I was feeding Wyatt today I realized who he should be sharing a meal with at the table.  Nana!  He takes FOREVER to eat and well, so does she.  Now that we are talking about food, I will list his current menu:

rice cereal
sweet peas
apple sauce
avocados
carrots

So far he only really likes the avocado, but will tolerate some peas with it.  Apple sauce makes him gag.  Weird since my other two live on it.

Little Bit

I am not sure if I have posted my nickname for Wyatt.  I call him little bit.  Jack calls him Mr Man and Abby calls him Wyatt.  We just love our newest addition.

Avocado!

Wyatt had avocado last night and LOVED it! Yay for a food he will eat.  I just never realized how spoiled I was with Jack.  He was such a good eater.  Still is really.  He will try anything.  Abby, not so much...

Wyatt is 6 months!

Time is flying by.  Seriously.  Wyatt just turned 6 months 2 days ago.  It is crazy.  He is up on all fours, rocking back and forth like he is going to crawl, he pops up and down.  He is a mover.  He weighs 19lbs 12oz and is 26.5 inches long.  Abby was 22 lbs at 6 months, I can't recall how much Jack weighed. 

Things are finally settling down around here.  We are mostly unpacked, we still have to put up towel racks, finish our master closet shelving (hmmm...Doug) but overall we are doing pretty good.  I found a kick ass narrow table at a yard sale for $12.  YES!  $12!!!!  For our entry way.  It isn't retro but it was in the budget and will work until we can afford a retro one.

School lets out this Thursday, so I hope to be able to post some pictures and post more often.  I had it in my mind I was going to go back and post about all the things that have happened, but it just ain't gonna happen.  So, yes, we celebrated Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, but I will not be blogging about them anytime soon or at all.  I think I will just try to go forward and if I have time, post some old pictures.  That is all anyone, well, my loyal reader, my mom cares about anyway.  ;)

Wyatt rolled over today

Today Wyatt rolled over from his back to his belly.  He was so proud of himself!

Sleep!

Wyatt in the last two weeks has started sleeping through the night. And I don't mean 5 hour stretches but from 8:00-7:30pm!  He doesn't do it every night but he has done it a few times. Jack was sleeping 8:00-8:00pm when he was 4 months old but Abby didn't sleep through the night until she was 22 months.  Nothing beats sleep.

Wyatt also likes to stand all the time.  I don't understand why my babies don't like to be babies past the 2 week mark.  Wyatt doubled his birth weight at 2 months.  Sigh.

Hands

Wyatt has found his hands and loves to suck on them. If I don't post it here I will not remember.
