Another roll

I guess I should have noted Wyatt can roll over both ways. He is a mover and shaker.

Rocking

So Wyatt is 5.5 months old and is already on his hands and knees rocking.  He can afoot backwards, but is trying to crawl. How is it possible? 

Other news.  Jack went on his second mountain bike ride and had his first face plant crash. Abby can almost pedal her trickle by herself. Big day all around.

Abby is starting to fight back

Two days ago I was blow drying my hair while Jack and Abby were watching Dora.  The next thing I knew, Jack came running into my room because Abby bit him.  He loves to bother her and until now she has just yelled. Well, I think she has realized that she can fight back. Later on that same day she knocked him over. Today she pushed him. Finally, she is old enough to fight back.

Counting

We are at Glenlake park and Jack & Abby are both swinging. The next thing I know Abby has counted to 10.  She only skipped the number 4, everything else was correct. Jack and I are very impressed.

Flying with 2 toddlers, sick

Life doesn't get better than this. I am sick, flying with Jack and Abby while our flight is delayed. Oh, and I can't find our car keys for when we land. Total win-win.

Sweet Baby Bryce

Sweet Bryce arrived March 9th. He weighed 9lbs 2oz and was a few days early. Paige and I know how to grow them. He is just precious. I miss him already.

Ouch

Yesterday Jack took a good lick on the stairs. It looked like it hurt. I thought his lip was going to bleed forever. He busted it on the top and bottom.  Poor little man.

Abby is a charm school drop out. Just like her mama.

Sickie

Poor little Abby is sick again. We should have our own parking spot here.

And, yes, Abby got the lollipop BEFORE seeing the doctor. I am nice like that.

Jackie and mommy time

Loving Jack in his Cat in the Hat hat. Everyday Jack wants to do cutting and glueing and scissoring and stapling. It is quality time. It is amazing how much a boy will chat when his hands are busy.

Awesome birthday gift

Thank you mom for helping me organize my life.  This is a great birthday gift (along with the other gifts you gave me).

Abby loves dress up.  So much fun.

Salon day

Abby playing with her first salon set. Jack too. Of course he wants me to put the battery in the hair dryer. So worth the $2 I spent on the set at a consignment sale last week.

I finally got around to hanging Jack's art. He was very excited about it. Next year, Abby will get a row, he will get a row and the top will be for my favorites.

Sniffing

Jack has hit a milestone. Instead of letting his nose run down his lip, he has started sniffing.  At least it makes it easier to know when he needs a tissue.

Big guy

So today on the way home I asked Jack what he wanted to be when he grows up. His answer: "a big guy that cooks spicy food and cleans dirty dishes".  Sounds a lot like Dada. How cute is that?
